Market livestock in Croatia - Croatia after independence became for manufacturers, farmers and livestock breeders closed and a small market. The war and its consequences since 1991 favored the creation of a trade network that relied on imports of meat and grains. Although Croatia is naturally suited for agricultural production with ideal resources and people of the market did not recover. Before independence there was an organized production and the village was in the role of producer food. Today the village is slowly dying as a result of the disappearance of the organizers of production. One can not expect that shepherds and farmers themselves initiate such a thing, and shopping chains is not profitable to spend RESOURCES for that which is not their primary role. Yet there is hope. Today, when the market comes occasionally or rather when the market find products of suspect quality, such as Salmonella infected, the market instantly responds and shows interest in the domestic product in all segments. This whole niche of providing a signal that the domestic production still with a sense and that can be the basis of one part of the economy. In anticipation of better times for the domestic product penetrate the small dealers in this segment of the market, find buyers for its delicatessen in the domestic market. It is often the case that it is impossible to find domestic pig when you want because the fairs waned after slima, herders few products and have no surplus. That is why the price of cattle in Croatia practically in the last 20 years is stable. Unfortunately, the other inputs in the production of tens of times larger. / Analysis: ing. 1.
